Lisa Dalton Kula, owner of What She Wants Boutique (http://www.whatshewantsboutique.com) in Libertyville IL was thrilled when she found out that Gina and Dominic were selling their business because it fit in perfectly with her current business and her desire to reach out to more clients and “go mobile”. Official on May 1, 2017, Lisa took over where Gina left off, but with lots of help from Gina, who built up this business to where it is today. “I can’t wait to get on the road and meet all of the great businesses and clients that Gina has worked with. It will truly be my pleasure to meet all of you”. Lisa Dalton Kula
It began with a gift of a sweater that Gina received from a girlfriend in Annapolis, MD. When it was discovered that the purchase was made off of a “mobile fashion truck”, Gina was intrigued and began looking for the nearest one to her in Chicago. There wasn’t a fashion truck in the entire state of Illinois! With the help of partner Dominic Balbi, extensive renovations were made to a step van and Fashion in Motion opened it’s “truck doors” in May of 2013. This business model serves many time-starved women who enjoy the shopping experience of “boutiques” but do not have the time or access to shop these type stores. You will find the Fashion in Motion truck at a variety of locations throughout the Chicagoland area. See the “Find Us “ tab on our website and discover the unique shopping experience for yourself!
